Gledhill Constructions Pty Ltd has extensive experience in the refurbishment of buildings and the restoration of Heritage assets. We have achieved a good reputation amongst public authorities and heritage architects for our understanding of this sensitive type of work.

Recently we have completed the re-building of two significant heritage buildings at the North Head Quarantine Station for the NSW Department of Environment and the Restoration to the circa 1820's Female Orphan Building at the University of Western Sydney, Rydalmere.

The company has also successfully completed for Public Works NSW the restoration of the Sir John Sulman designed stables complex at Yaralla Estate, Concord and the conservation of the Prince Alfred Sidings Heritage Buildings for the State Rail Authority.

In the Sydney Rocks area we carried out the $3.5M restoration and refurbishment of the Munn Street Bond Stores into offices for Polygram Offices.

Prior to that we have also completed the $6M contract for the refurbishment and restoration of the Australian Steamship & Navigation Co. Building, the $3M Sailors Home Restoration both in George Street, The Rocks, and have also completed the $4M restoration of Science House in Gloucestor Street all for the Sydney Cove Authority.

Previously we carried out the highly sensitive restoration of the Governors Farm Dairy Buildings in Parramatta Park. These buildings are now thought to be some of the oldest in Australia and work was carried out with Heritage Architects and Archaeologists in constant attendance.

Gledhill Constructions Pty Ltd also completed the $3M restoration and refurbishment of the Paddington Town Hall Stage 2 and the restoration of Redfern Town Hall both for South Sydney Council.
